Employee Housing Options
Solar Vail
Solar Vail is located in the heart of Vail within walking distance of the Sonnenalp Hotel. This complex includes 34 studio apartments, 10 one-bedroom units and 4 two-bedroom units. Each unit comes fully furnished and includes basic utilities (electricity, water, heat, garbage, and snow removal), as well as registered parking at an additional fee, and on-site coin operated laundry. Tenants are responsible for phone, internet and television.

Bighorn Lodge
Bighorn Lodge is located in East Vail on the free bus line. This complex includes 5 one-bedroom units, and 9 studio apartments. Each unit comes fully furnished and includes basic utilities (electricity, water, heat, garbage and snow removal), as well as free registered parking, and on-site coin operated laundry. Tenants are responsible for phone, internet and television. This apartment complex does allow pets for an additional fee.

Hamlet
The Hamlet complex is located in West Vail on the free bus line. This complex includes 2 one-bedroom units and 4 studio apartments. Each unit comes fully furnished and includes basic utilities (electricity, water, heat, garbage and snow removal), as well as free registered parking, and on-site coin laundry. Tenants are responsible for phone, internet and television. This apartment complex does allow pets for an additional fee.

Sonnenalp employees will have up to 4 full years in employee housing. Each year there will be a price increase.
