Our Manager-in-Training (MIT) program is a year-long development experience designed to cultivate high-potential talent into the next generation of leaders at the Sonnenalp. Through hands-on learning, mentorship, and cross-departmental exposure, participants gain the skills and experience needed to grow into key leadership roles within our organization.
